With over 20 years of experience in customer service, training, and client support across the finance, airline, and technology industries, I bring a strong people-first approach to mortgage advising. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, I worked as a trainer with WestJet, where I built a foundation in communication, education, and client care.

In addition to my professional background, I’m also a real estate investor, landlord, and hands-on renovator, giving me practical, real-world insight into both the financial and property sides of homeownership.
